Dr. Holsey — Mark Daniel Holsey, DO — is a board-certified adult psychiatrist licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. He has worked in healthcare since 2005, completed psychiatry residency as Chief Resident, and spent a decade (2015–2025) caring for United States military veterans before founding Cobalt Psychiatry. He sees adults 18 and older in person in Norman, OK and Frisco, TX, and by telehealth across both states.
