Cobalt Psychiatry offers secure telepsychiatry — online psychiatric care and medication management — for adults located anywhere in Oklahoma and Texas. Led by Dr. Mark Daniel Holsey, DO, you get expert, physician-led care from the comfort of home, with the same quality as an in-office visit.
How Telepsychiatry Works
Telepsychiatry uses secure video to connect you with your provider. Before your appointment, we send you a private link by email or text. At your visit time, you click the link and meet with Dr. Holsey by video — just like an office visit. No special software or travel is required — only a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera.
Conditions We Treat Online
We provide telehealth medication management for a range of adult conditions, including depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and insomnia.
When an In-Person Visit Is Needed
Most visits can be done entirely online. If you are prescribed a long-term controlled medication — a stimulant or a benzodiazepine — you will need at least one in-person visit at our Norman, OK or Frisco, TX office. After that, follow-ups can continue by video.
