Anxiety Conditions We Treat

We work with adults experiencing a range of anxiety-related concerns, including:

  • Generalized anxiety disorder (constant worry)
  • Panic attacks and panic disorder
  • Social anxiety
  • Health-related and situational anxiety
  • Anxiety that occurs alongside depression or insomnia

How We Treat Anxiety

Treatment starts with a careful evaluation, then a medication management plan suited to you. We most often use non-controlled medications such as SSRIs and SNRIs, and we use benzodiazepines only sparingly and short-term because of their risks. Our visits also include supportive conversation, and we are glad to coordinate with your therapist. You may also find our relaxation techniques helpful between visits.

In-Person and Telehealth Visits

Meet us in person at our Norman, OK or Frisco, TX office, or by secure video anywhere in Oklahoma or Texas. Meet your psychiatrist.
